Does the first one say, "Ted, come to the light," in a ladies voice? And I hear three breaths in the second one, what about you?

Ted's brother in law picked these flowers for Ted and placed them on his front steps. Note the two orbs. Or is there four? Look at the door handle and  a small one up above the other orbs.
